The Kinetic Story
Kinetic Fitness & Recovery began with a vision to reimagine the workout exercise center experience. When we took over this location in Richardson, we started by donating all existing equipment to a local non-profit supporting youth in the juvenile justice system. This meaningful beginning set the tone for what Kinetic would become – a wellness sanctuary where personal transformation and community impact go hand in hand.

As husband and wife, we are passionate about people attaining a healthy lifestyle, holistically! Not just for physique, but for total body wellness to thrive in life for themselves, their friends, and their families!
We created a space that gives people the opportunity to strengthen, recover, and steward the bodies we have all been gifted with. You will find your strength and conditioning in our state-of-the-art gym, and you will find your relaxation and recovery in our boutique styled spa!
We dreamed, prayed, and put in the hands-on effort to ensure that Kinetic would be a place to belong and acquire a lifestyle of health and wellness that lasts.

As Richardson natives of over three decades, we’ve built our lives, raised our three sons, and formed deep roots in this vibrant community. After stepping away from our corporate careers, we found a new calling in local business ownership, with several ventures that allow us to invest directly in our hometown.
Partnering with Nico and Amanda at Kinetic has been an exciting new chapter in our journey. As stewards of this space, we’re passionate about creating meaningful experiences that strengthen our community. We look forward to meeting you and being part of your wellness journey.
