Rudy is an ACE-certified trainer with 15 years of experience in functional, holistic fitness. He specializes in older adults and corrective training, post-rehab, core stability, HIIT, circuit training, and mobility. His approach focuses on simple, effective, and recovery-centered workouts.

Lori Johnson
With 20+ years as a NASM Certified Trainer, Lori holds certifications in Cancer Exercise, Senior Training, and MELT Method. She trained NFL player Steve Smith during his battle with ALS and placed in the 2005 Ronnie Coleman bodybuilding competition. Lori is also an aerial yoga instructor and boxing coach.
